Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick, about 12 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Breeze Blends Steakhouse Blend
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh rosemary and garlic for finishing
Instructions
- Remove steaks from fridge 30 minutes before grilling. Pat dry.
- Rub steaks with olive oil and Steakhouse Blend on both sides.
- Preheat grill to high heat. Grill steaks 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (135°F internal), or to your preferred doneness.
- In the last minute, add butter, rosemary, and garlic to a cast iron pan on the grill and baste steaks.
