The ultimate summer grill moment. This classic grilled ribeye is ready in 20 minutes using Breeze Blends Steakhouse Blend — a bold all-natural seasoning with the depth of a great steakhouse rub. No artificial additives, just pure flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick, about 12 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Breeze Blends Steakhouse Blend
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh rosemary and garlic for finishing

Instructions

  1. Remove steaks from fridge 30 minutes before grilling. Pat dry.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil and Steakhouse Blend on both sides.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat. Grill steaks 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (135°F internal), or to your preferred doneness.
  4. In the last minute, add butter, rosemary, and garlic to a cast iron pan on the grill and baste steaks.
  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve immediately.
