Our Story

We started experimenting with making our own seasoning blends during the pandemic when it became a necessity to cook and eat at home. 

Having family members with gluten sensitivities and other dietary restrictions encouraged us to find spices and seasonings that were all natural.

We are proud to provide seasoning blends that are gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy- free, non-GMO, with no preservatives, additives or fillers.

Our seasoning blends are perfectly balanced so you can add as much or as little as you need.

Featured Recipe

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 package mushrooms
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook fettuccine per package directions. Place a small amount of oil on the skillet. Cook chicken on medium heat, generously sprinkle Italian Blend on each side. Cook chicken until internal temperature is at least 155 degrees. Remove chicken when done. Add chopped mushrooms to the skillet, sauté until light brown - then add Alfredo sauce and simmer. Plate pasta, top with Alfredo sauce and sliced chicken. Add shredded mozzarella cheese to the top.
