Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 30 oz can chili beans
- 15 oz can dark red kidney beans, drained
- 20 oz water
- 3 tbsp Breeze Blends Southwest Blend
- Sour cream, for garnish
- Grated cheddar cheese, for garnish
- Tortillas or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- Drain the kidney beans.
- Add the cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, chili beans, drained kidney beans, water, and Southwest Blend to the crock pot. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chili is hot and the flavors have come together.
- Stir before serving and garnish with sour cream and grated cheddar cheese. Serve with tortillas or crackers.
