This creamy Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip is an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer made with spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Breeze Blends Veggie Blend. Let the slow cooker do the work, then serve it warm with all your favorite dippers.
Ingredients
- 10 oz fresh or frozen spinach
- 13 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp Breeze Blends Veggie Blend
Instructions
- If using frozen spinach, thaw it completely and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. If using fresh spinach, chop it finely.
- Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Cube the cream cheese.
- Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion, and Veggie Blend to a crock pot. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or on high for 1 hour. Check and stir frequently, especially as the cream cheese melts, until the dip is hot, creamy, and fully combined.
