Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, cut into rounds
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, whole
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Breeze Blends Italian Blend
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers 15 minutes if using.
