Ingredients
- 1½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)

- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for serving
- Crusty bread or pasta for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place a cast iron skillet or grill-safe pan on the grill to heat.
- In the skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add white wine and lemon juice. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Toss shrimp with Poultry Blend and add to the skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
