Ingredients

  • 1½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1½ tbsp Breeze Blends Poultry Blend
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for serving
  • Crusty bread or pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place a cast iron skillet or grill-safe pan on the grill to heat.
  2. In the skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add white wine and lemon juice. Simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Toss shrimp with Poultry Blend and add to the skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately with crusty bread or pasta.
