We have 4 different Gluten-free Seasoning Blends – our customers #1 favorite is our Italian Blend! I personally really love the Italian Blend! It is the first blend we created at Breeze Blends! My family and I use it for just about everything! Originally, we used it on chicken, vegetables, – to season meatballs and garlic bread. I have also used it in soups, on salmon too!
The Italian Blend is a flavorful mixture of Italian herbs (Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme) Sea salt, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Paprika, Black Pepper. The overall taste is a perfect blend of the Italian herbs with the garlic and salt with a hint of the paprika and pepper. Not overpowering in any way.
We created Breeze Blends because my family is extra sensitive to wheat and gluten. I had to learn how to prepare food at home so that everyone could eat safely. We started to mix different seasonings and herbs together to add flavor and fun to all our recipes!
I most enjoy cooking with it because I know there isn’t anything added or artificial in it. I dread purchasing seasonings from the grocery store as many have sat on the shelves for a very long time – who knows how long in the warehouse! Also, many have ingredients that sound more scientific than natural. We believe food should be healthy and natural.

Easy Baked Salmon
Place salmon in lightly greased casserole dish. Lightly brush with Olive oil. Sprinkle on Breeze Blends Italian Blend Seasoning to cover. Place in preheated oven – bake at 375 degrees – approx. 10 min per 1 inch of thickness. Salmon should be cooked to an internal temp of 145 degrees.
Optional – add thinly sliced lemon to top for extra citrus flavor.
