Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

This quick and delicious meal is perfect for dinner!

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 8 oz fettuccini
  • 1/2 package mushrooms
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Italian Blend

Cook fettuccini per package directions. Place a small amount of oil on the skillet. Cook chicken in skillet on medium heat, generously sprinkle Italian blend seasoning on each side. Cook until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Remove chicken when done. Add chopped mushrooms to skillet, sauté until light brown - then add Alfredo sauce and simmer.

Plate pasta, top with Alfredo sauce and sliced chicken. Optional to add a little shredded mozzarella cheese to the top.

Sauteed Vegetables

This is a quick and healthy side dish!

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 package mushrooms
  • veggie blend

Place all chopped up vegetables in sauté pan. Sauté with butter or oil, sprinkle in veggie blend to taste.

Smells so good! Tastes fantastic!

Oven baked chicken breast

This quick and delicious meal is perfect for dinner!

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • red bell pepper
  • 1/2 package mushrooms
  • sweet onion
  • poultry blend
  • veggie blend

Place chicken breast in greased baking dish - coat both sides with poultry blend. Bake uncovered 350 degrees until chicken is 165 degrees internal temperature.

Sauté mushrooms, bell pepper, onion in oil or butter with veggie blend.

Plate chicken with veggies on top and serve.
