This quick and delicious meal is perfect for dinner!
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 8 oz fettuccini
- 1/2 package mushrooms
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Breeze Blends Italian Blend
Cook fettuccini per package directions. Place a small amount of oil on the skillet. Cook chicken in skillet on medium heat, generously sprinkle Italian blend seasoning on each side. Cook until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Remove chicken when done. Add chopped mushrooms to skillet, sauté until light brown - then add Alfredo sauce and simmer.
Plate pasta, top with Alfredo sauce and sliced chicken. Optional to add a little shredded mozzarella cheese to the top.
